Privacy notice
01 Who is responsible
02 In short
This website uses no cookies, no tracking and no analytics. Fonts and scripts are delivered from our own server, so no data (such as your IP address) is passed to third parties like Google Fonts. We only process data you actively send us through the contact form.
When you open our homepage, our server reads the language setting your browser sends (the Accept-Language header) to decide whether to show you the German or the English page. This setting is used for that single decision and is not stored.
This notice covers the English pages. The free website checks on this site are offered in German and are described in the German privacy policy (Datenschutzerklärung).
03 Contact form
When you fill in the contact form, we process the data you send (name, email address, chosen topic, message) to reply to your enquiry. The form goes to our own server, which runs on Cloudflare. To block spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person; Turnstile only loads once you scroll to the form or use it, and it processes technical connection data such as your IP address. Our server then delivers your message once, through the email service Resend, to our mailbox hosted by Google Workspace (all three in section 04). The server itself does not store your message.
| Purpose | Legal basis | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| Replying to your enquiry and following it up as a possible business relationship | Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) | up to 36 months |
If you book a Claude Code mentorship or a Starter Session, we message each other between sessions on a messenger of your choice (such as WhatsApp, Signal or Telegram) or by email. We process these messages to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); the messenger provider's own privacy policy also applies. The sessions are not recorded.
04 Service providers
Resend (email delivery)
Messages from the contact form reach us through the email service Resend. The message we receive contains your name, email address, the chosen topic and your text. Provider: Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend), 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. Sending can run through an EU data centre; processing or transfer to the USA (for example of metadata and logs) cannot be ruled out. Resend is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR); the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) also apply under its data processing agreement. Privacy policy: resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
Google Workspace (email)
Our email runs on Google Workspace. When you write to us through the contact form or by email, your message (in particular your name, email address and text) is received and stored in our mailbox. The contracting party for the EEA is Google Cloud EMEA Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland; Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, may act as a sub-processor. Processing is based on Google's data processing agreement, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR); Google LLC is also certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR). Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
Cloudflare (hosting and spam protection)
This website is hosted on Cloudflare, and our server that receives the contact form runs there too. To keep the site running and secure, Cloudflare processes technical connection data (IP address, time stamp) and the request headers your browser sends, including the language setting mentioned in section 02. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (see section 03). Provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Processing is based on Cloudflare's data processing agreement, which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). Privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
